missing plugins since last updates SOLVED, THANK YOU ALL

hi everyone, i'm having such a hard time since i downloaded the latest "fix's and enhancements"
my CONCRETE LIMITER will not load. i have reinstalled it from the cakewalk "my products" website and from "command center". i have closed then reopened sonar, however, when i open a project i'm told concrete limiter is not installed.
can someone please let me know what i'm doing wrong.

    Hi. Perhaps try a Vst reset and re scan? Preferences (P), File, Vst Settings.
