monitorizer

How do you bring up the monitorizer? The update page doesn't really explain it at all. Is it an effect? is it a prochannel module? i know it says Fx chain preset, but how would i apply it to an fx chain?

    Its an effect and is in the Anderton collection under processors.  It is explained in the eZine
