move track a neasure or 2

Hello I am trying to move track over a few measure so I can have it start later than my other tracks. I told to have snap to grid but see not feature as such I am using MC 4 Thanks

So Far:
Dell 9200 core-duo 2.0, 2gig ram
M-Audio 192 card
MC4 software
Allot of help from my friends

    Everyone has the Snap-to grid. It's above the views and looks like a grid (in the yellow rectangle I drew).
     

     
    You click on the down arrow next to it and select a resolution.
    If the clip you're trying to move starts exactly on a measure, then select Measure from the grid options. Drag the clip to the new place and once you get it there, release the mouse button and it should snap into place at that measure.

    Yeah .... moving a track is easy.  Click and drag it to where you want it..... heck you can even drag it across the track view to a totally different track. You can copy...close the project, open a new one, and paste it into that one. 

    What I do is allow 2 measures on every song as my click track/ drum count in..... I can normally be ready to start playing with a 2 measure count in and the song always starts on measure 3, beat 1.

    OK guys thanks That worked great! Now I forgot or don't have the programs to convert Wavv file to MP3. Please help with your suggestions. Thanks again
