multi channel recording with m-audio delta 1010 lt?

hello
i'm trying to record my small group with my music creator 5, audio card m-audio delta 1010 lt, windows xp
i never had any problem in single track recording, but i'm not able to set a single different input for every single
different track.
in audio options i can chose an input channel, and this will be the only channel available for each track
can anyone help me?
thank you

Welcome to the forum.
First of all, Music Creator can only record 2 inputs at a time, so if you want to record more than 2, you'll have to upgrade to SONAR X3 or SONAR Platinum.
Secondly, I think each input in Audio Options is a stereo pair, so you should be able to select Right input for 1 track and left input for track 2. I'm not familiar with the 1010 so I'm not sure if it's set up like that, though. Check it's documentation or just try it.
Good luck!

I am selling my MIM Fender Stratocaster HSS, red and black. PM for more details.

Music Creator 2003, MC Pro 24, SONAR Home Studio 6 XL, SONAR  X3e, CbB, Focusrite Saffire, not enough space.
Everything is better with pie.

Sonar lets you do multi-track as long as your interface supports it.
