music creator file query

can a cakewalk music bundle cwb file be opened up in any other cakewalk software?

    yup, sonar, home studio, basically anything but P5 and Kinetic. The only thing is sonar isn't backwards-compatible (I'm not sure about hs) so if you make and save changes you cant reopen in mc.

    I'm pretty sure it won't open in Guitar Tracks either - unless CW started putting midi tracks in GT.

    It will open in GT, but it will tell you what it had to take out (MIDI, extra tracks, etc.)
