Your a pretty good artist and musician. But sorry man, I hate it when people think they can do better than the original artist and song writer, the only time I have ever heard that happening is with the song by Slade called called Come On Feel The Noize and Quiet Riot did a remake which we all know how that worked out. How 'bout writing your own music and stop acting or thinking like you are better than someone who has already had world wide success like CCR.

Pave your own path, be original, be real, stop playing it SAFE. That's what everyone else here is doing, and you should be doing the same rather than trying to show them up like you do every single time someone post a song you post something similar.

    Just saying........

You said nothing about CCR or give credit to the artist who actually wrote the song, you acted as though you should take complete credit for the entire alternate version you recorded and were the one making the song great. Just saying, You should ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS make it crystal clear and give credit to the ORIGINAL artist that made the song great to begin with.

What's with the EGO and your holier than though comment about "3 Full albums and what'd you do"?  You don't know me, you have no idea what I have done. If you'd made 3 albums why are you making comments like that to someone you obviously consider an average Joe like me?

Since your so great why are you trying to convince me?

CCR is Great, you however, are pretty good. Retro riffs and retro vocals that sound really good, but great, after 3 albums that sound the same I dunno...

Just my opinion. Wish you the best either way. Sorry to offend you with my opinion. Peace!

well, yea, WAY off base, and pretty offensive (you don't know me at all), and not in the spirit of most of the musicians here that either have something positive to add, or chose not to say anything.
but hey, i accept your apology!

    Serious, you can’t be serious!
Bat is one of the most prolific artists on this forum.
As to covers, Hendrix , Cream, Joe Cocker, Santana; the world would be a much better place without their brilliant takes on pieces they didn’t write.

Copy cat artist who doesn't want to give credit where credit is due! You can paint a picture the same colors all you want, but if you aren't the original artist it doesn't matter, it's only a copy, and if you are going to copy you need to at least give credit to the person who actually CREATED the work to begin with.
