my order not available for DL

I purchased the DL approximately 1 hour ago and its still not available for download.  I received my confirmation email so thats some good news I suppose.
 
anyone else having the delay issue?

    Look in your account, there's a download key & link in the order receipt as well.

    ya that the page I've been refreshing every 2 minutes for the last hour :(

    Not good, I'd wait until morning for it to appear & in the meantime contact support..

    Ok got it, could not get to it from "my account" I had to follow the link from the email which I thought was odd.  Anyways we're off and downloading woot!

    Iamdeshi,

    Did you purchase the 8.5 upgrade last month? If so, your free X1 upgrade email will be sent out tomorrow. I know its a bummer to wait, but thanks for the patience. We have to get the logistics in place before we can send out the emails to those qualifying for free upgrades, hence the half-day wait.
