need HELP:)

hello everyone,
I recorded some insruments and also used midi (sd2),
i tried add some effects on the files and its great BUT

right now it keep dropping me out, i tried to close all my "backgroud" programs and work just with sonar but it keeps dropping, does anyone have an idea if what might me the reason?

    Ditto that. We also need to know what computer hardware you're using...

    1. Processor
    2. How much RAM you have
    3. Hard drive(s)

    If you're hardware is lacking, that can cause dropouts.

    Also...be sure you have carefully and thoroughly checked the troubleshooting sections in the manual. There could be many different factors that can cause the problem you're running into...

    90ms is way too high.

    Right. And if you are having issues on playback (not recording or input monitoring or playing synths in realtime) at 90ms, then it is probably a soundcard/driver issue. Make sure you are using the latest drivers and try different latency (buffer) settings (use the slider on Options>Audio>General for MME or WDM, use the "ASIO Panel" button for ASIO). Perhaps try using ASIO4All. Other than that, I can only recommend trying out an interface that has strong support for stable ASIO or WDM drivers (but you didn't hear that from me... ).
