It might help to have a little more info.  Livestreamed recorded.  Where is it recorded and onto what?  Have you gotten sound out of your saffire pro before?  What do you want to do w/ this livestreamed audio?

I'm not in front of my DAW but Saffire has a loopback option to allow you to record from the app where you recorded right into Sonar.

Check the Saffire manual for loopback settings/procedure. If that is a YouTube video, there are sites that let you download the audio and/or video file directly, which would save a lot of time for you. You haven't mentioned the source yet though.

ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC), i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, GTX-1070Ti, Win 10 Pro, Saffire PRO 24 DSP, A-300 PRO, plus numerous gadgets and gizmos that make or manipulate sound in some way.
