need some help with drums
here is what im trying to do.i have a sample cd of snare, hihat, etc on cd.i am trying to import midi files to sound the samples.it worked fine with tts-1 and with fldemo.i like the sound of my samples better than tts-1 though.cyclone could not play back the samples after i set the drums to the same modi notes as tts-1.do they want us to buy project5 is that why there is no way to do this i would buy it if thats all that can be used besides rewire.any help would be great.i forgot can soundfonts be used i could not get that to work either and i have creative it worked fine with fl.for 600.00 sonar should at least provide a sample player there are cheap ones on the net probally if you know of any that would be great.

I think a copy of DR005 or something comes free on the DVD with Computer Music Mag each month ..check before you buy the mag.... although the DVD is chocco full of stuff. even had a 16bit only limited and limited by number of kits version of BFD for free on a DVD You missed that one (unless they put it on next mag etc)

I use DR-008 and it's the best drum sample program I've ever used. It has everything I'm looking for. I can create my own samples and put them in there, or use other peoples'.
