netframe work 3.5 apps in windows 10.

not sure if a fix has been made yet.
 
Windows 10 can reset and screw up Motherboard bios settings.

If plug ins or other things stop working when they were working...and roll back or reinstall of older os does not solve for anything now made not working by...or is now not working after some updates..
 
Think to reflash the bios...and perhaps wipe out and reinstall.
 
Just thought i would put this link in its own post so as more might come to reading it...might be why oddity and bad plug in performance is being noted, and command center oddities...and other things tied to Net Frame works...
 
As change occurs...Who said that?...Yes we can?...but should it be a constant change?...ah...no standard is chaos!
