new Distant Towers tune called Roll N Thunder

Hey folks, DT has a new tune.  Hope everyone is doing fine.

This one took a good long while to put together.  Tom has retired and moved back to the US and so that factored into time frame on this tune.  Although Preston and I certainly took our time too.  If my memory is correct I had the initial guitar idea laid down back in October of 2016 and we went from there.

Anyway, all crits are welcome, good...bad...ugly....obscene....wait what?  No, nothing obscene pleeez.

You can find the tune at this link:
http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=13566836

The responsible party is:
Tom McCaffrey:  Vocals, bass, audio clips, mixing and general skullduggery!
Preston Richardson:  The man who hits things, very hard!.....and audio clips...but mainly hitting things....hard, mostly drums I think.
Tony Wood:  Guitars, that is it, I can barely manage that much.  Open C tuning on this one for anyone interested.  Fun tuning to play in.

Side note:  Tom recorded the vocals for this while still in S. Korea.  We did a Skype session and I sat drinking a cold, adult beverage while watching him belt out the vocals on his end.  It was fun to watch him setup, do and redo takes and make a complete wrap of the bed vocals.

Thanks in advance for any listens and critiques/comments!

Always love listening to a new tune from you guys! This mix is very full, all the way around. I can't hear anything I don't like, at first blush.

    Wouldn't change a thing!

This almost sounds like pop DT.        But I like it...  Great, solid straight-ahead rock with an appropriate mix.   Is the guitar lead doubled with a synth or just really saturated?  Cool tone either way.

A somewhat upbeat DT tune? Will wonders never cease?
    Terrifically played and conceived.
Had a bit of a strain to hear the bass line.
