    I'm pretty sure you can get your old account back. Now you have this one use the Cakewalk store forum to ask for a password re set. Often people  have shut down old e mail addresses so it's a matter of giving Cakewalk your new address and proving who you are. Don't you have any registered products?

    I went through his a few year back when Cake switched to the new system. 
    I had lost my original log on info so I just opened a new account and used that here for a few years. 
    That didn't work when the change to the new system where your log on is also your Cake account. All my registration numbers were with the original account but they fixed it for me, but as long as your new account is associated with your products your good now. I was just concerned you had lost your account with registrations.
