What software are you using? Did your software come with a users manual on the software disk? How you add FX will depend on what software you have. Can you list your computer's specs? What kind of audio interface are you using? All these things are critical to audio processing.

I can tell you how I change meter in my software, but if you're using different software that information wouldn't be of much use to you.

When it's bootleg? the effects and measure changing features are disabled.

    ALT-F4 should do the trick.

Almost exactly one year ago you asked how to remove vocals from audio with MC to change the lyrics. You've had a whole year to study the help files for the basics....

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
The benefit of being a middle aged amateur is the low number of years of frustration ahead of you.
