newbie here i have guitar tracks pro 3....will it work on my new laptop windows 7

so will my old guitar tracks pro 3 wonk on my new laptop with windows 7?   any issues?  should i buy the upgrade?
 
just getting back into it
 
also, the new gtpro4, can you still import loops from smart loops and acid

    oh and another thing....
     
    i am using m-audio mobile pre usb......is that still ok
