old Cakewalk link to Windows XP hotfix

Does anybody remember, somewhere around the time Sonar HS4 and 6 were new, Cakewalk used to have a link to an XP hotfix that was supposed to help memory leaks of something of the sort?  I think they posted it on one of their support pages for Home Studio.  With the new website I haven't been able to find it, neither in the Cakewalk support site nor on Microsoft's site.  I'm having problems with a softsynth, Poly-Ana, causing HS6 to crash when either closing the softsynth of freezing a track using it.  I've tried everything I can think of and I figured that XP hotfix might be worth a shot.
