on Stop snapping

Hello Forums,

My Sonar has some kind of a change lately that has changed the way it works.

Old Way:
Play marker is on bar 1. If I hit play, it plays. If it hit stop, it jumps back to bar 1.

Now:
Play marker is on bar 1. If I hit play, it plays. If I hit stop, it stops at current position.

Is there any way to revert to the old? Does anyone know what the configuration is exactly?

Thanks in advance.

you can toggle this with ctrl+w so when you're working you can flip it on and off easily from the keyboard.

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

Yes the action of the spacebar and Control-spacebar follow the setting of On Stop Rewind to Now Marker

I suppose you can also over-ride the current setting with ctrl+spacebar. In other words, if you are not set to rewind on stop, but you want to rewind on stop, if you use ctrl+space instead of just space it will re-wind. The opposite is also true. If you are set to rewind on stop and you don't want to, you can use ctrl+stop to stop without rewind that one time.
