please give me some feed back

Hey everyone!!  Love this site and everything you are all doing.  I've gotten the itch and decided to go for it...so here we go. I use to be a lead singer in a band. I love music and thought I would go for it yet again.  So my very first tune with a DAW.  Hope you nod your head.  Please let me know what you think.  Yes it's not pro by any means....again it's my fist lick. : )

    Hi Krieg,

You got some interesting stuff going on here, but it feels incomplete.  It sounds like ambience with a beat.  If you add a main melody line and some type of bass to supplement the beat I think you could really turn this into something.  I like what I hear so far.

    Hey Krieg

Some interesting stuff going on here - liked the breakdown section around 1:13, that was cool.

I think you had the rest of the tracks muted when you mixed this down.  :P
Being that you were the lead singer, I somehow expected vocals in this.

Pretty cool sounds there.  I wish my first would have sounded this good.

Lot of nice beats, but now you have to work on putting it all together, and that takes years of having fun like you were doing with this piece. To listen to how to put beats and various sound effects together, click on my jrkcompendium link below and go to the music page. I create epic sounds for videos and movies with a wide varity of samples, beats, instrumentation and creative software. I have been doing this for quite sometime and a lot of patients and energy has been spent to get to this point, not to speak about the money I have spent. You have a nice start going, so just keep up the hard work and it will all pay off in the long run.

Agreed - with all the lead singer talk I was waiting for some screaming Robert Plant...
