please help for guitar tracks pro 3

hi
i need to install gtp 3 and in the during instalizing i get this error  C:\Sample Content\Demo Song\455 (Joboj GTP3 Demo).cwb Can not be opened'  any body can help me plizzzzzzzzzz

    Is your disc dirty or does it have any marks on it ? Sounds like a read-error re:your CD to me....

    no i dont think i copy this file to my computer and run it but in the during instalizing i see this error and when i go to the folder program and run it this error is show sequencer.dll
