plugin Menu tiling help

Hello all,
Does anyone know how to configure the menu tiles for plugin inserts. For example, when I go to insert an effect, and I set the plugs to show up by manufactures, I get a list that is several pages long, so I need to scroll many pages to get to Z etc..
IS there a way to show menu contents horizontally such that I could see a-z in tiles?
