plugins folders etc. where?

I can't find some of the plugin presets.  I partially solved this problem by changing the efx chain presets folder.  But I can't find some of the other presets/  (please no lectures on using presets)  For example.  When I use the Sonitus compressor ( a direct x) I can't find any of the old presets. elc gtr, dbx. etc.  Everything is showed as installed in the command center.  I am using sonar platinum gloucester.  Where does Cakewalk install the plugin layouts by default.
I have 3 drives.  C for programs etc., D for CW projects and content, e for libraries.  So.  What is considered a library?  Addictive drums?  I did put my steven slate drum libraries there.  Anyway my overall question is what folders should be on what drive?  And then how do I navigate to them.
    thanks

    Possibly, this might help: https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=SONAR%20X3&language=3&help=Dialogs2.062.html

You can also change the location of each folder (depending on your setup).

still can't get sonitus to act the way it did.  I was able to select a preset from the main menu.  but now I only see a few.   I tried the sonitus preset manager and I can see the old presets but I can't load them.  Something got messed up somewhere.   I am just not comfortable with the plug ins in Platinum.  Is there a list of all the ones You are supposed to get with the monthly subscription?
