portion of audio track disappears when reducing horizontal track size - Studio X3e

Weird...   was trying to edit a vocal track, and noticed that when I clicked on the "-" in the lower right hand corner to collapse the view a bit horizontally, a certain portion of the audio track just disappears....  I can still hear the vocal while replaying it, but the proper waveform isn't shown on the screen in that particular spot...  it's a flat line instead of the waveform. The rest of the track seems to be ok.  Then when I click on the "+" to expand the horizontal view, that portion reappears.   What's happening here? The vocal track was bounced, one continuous track, no envelopes, no melodyne, no audiosnap, nothing....

Hi. I believe that this is "just" a graphical issue. I will most likely be fixed, if (others are) able to reproduce.
I will probably be proven wrong (in any case)
    Best of luck.

Dense tempo changes can foul up waveform drawing in the region where the tempo is changing.

If no Melodyne/Audiosnap or other stretching is applied, I don't know. Maybe try re-compute pictures in the Associated Audio Files dialog (Shift+K).

It's possible that what you're encountering is due to a bug that's been fixed in Platinum at some point. If it's completely reproducible in that project after close/re-open or, better yet, with that audio file imported into a new project at the same tempo, you might share it with someone who has Platinum, and see if it reproduces. If it still does, then you should report it to the Bakers with a sample project attached.
