problem running refx nexus with sonar 2.2 xl

i know i have an old version of sonar but i never upgraded because i hate the interface on the new versions of sonar. Anyway, i bought refx nexus and when the plug in manager scans for the plugins it find it and lists it but when i go to insert synth, nexus isn't there. i've never had this problem before. Anyone have similar problems and a solution? thanks

How do you know if you've never upgraded?  Actually the new X2 interface is really great and you're missing out.

Need more information about your computer to determine the problem. That version is so old there's not many people left who can help.

Too many plugins? To find out if that's your problem, try temporarily removing a few of your least-used plugins and re-scanning. If Nexus shows up, then that was your problem.

SONAR 2 does not support VST plugins natively, so I suppose there could be some issue with Nexus and the wrapper. Hopefully, that's not the case, because there'd be nothing to be done about it.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
