problem with CAL - split note to tracks

I ran CAL - split notes to tracks on a MIDI track and ended up with the resulting split midi tracks being out of sync in some of their timing. Original midi clips were from ezdrummer. Not all of the split note tracks were off, just a couple of them. Has anyone run across this before?
