problem with legacy FX in Sonar X3e

I'm working on projects I started in Sonar 8.5 PE, but whenever I click Save, the settings in the Vocal Strip change in random ways, ruining the sound I had achieved. This does not occur with the new channel strip FX, so at least I can still achieve a good sound and it's actually an improvement, but should I just give up on using the legacy FX from now on?

I have had problems in 16 bit with the Vocal strip, try it in 24 bit mode, it worked for me.
