problems with guitar rig4

Hello, hoping to get some help with guitar rig 4. Im running x1 64bit and windows 764bit. I inserted guitar rig into a track and when it opens its not showing anything in the browser or components for selection. i have registerd it and the service center says its up to date. Any suggestions would be great, thanks in advanced.

Sonar X1, i7-2760QM @ 2.4GHz and 8 gigs of ram, Windows 7 64bit, glyph external hard drive, Avid Mbox, JBL LSR4326P's, ezdrummer, and 1 lime green Ibanez Universe.

    There is a recent update of Guitar Rig 4.2.2.

    Is your version latest ?

    You may want to re-install or uninstall and then install again. Remember to run guitar rig and any native instrument plug-ins in standalone first. However, before that, check out any posts from poster called 'ew' in the search facility as he answered a lot of guitar rig questions in the past.     when i goto the ni service center it tells me im activated and updated but in guitar rig it says im running 4 version 4.0.7 so i will try the upgrade and also will search for "ew". I did some searches for guitar rig but didnt get any hits.

    Thank you !! The update did the trick, i never thought of actually looking at the version number in guitar rig, I just figured the service center was right.

    The service centre should have the update. Do you know what version you installed?
