problems with sampletank

I downloaded some free piano instrument for sampletank, I placed them in the instruments folder, but when I try to use them with sampletank, even though they appear on the instruments list, I got a message saying the instrument is not in the system.
Anyone has any ideas?

    Should these piano samples be placed in the folder with all the rest of the sample tank instruments?

    Click on the box that says "prefs" and navigate (browse) to where you stored the samples.
