"Cannot connect 2147417843"

I am unable to load Yellow Tools Indie free (For my acoustic bass module)
since I reimaged  my pc, I get the followwing error "Cannot connect   2147417843"
Was working before the reimage...
 
The Idie Free vsti runs fine in Cubase and Reaper and Studio One, just X1 Studio that is giving me the problem.
 
I'd rather not reinstall the app and lose another elicense if I can, as it shows up as registered in the other DAWS.
 
I am running 64 bit and am wondering if it is the bitbridge  (sp?)
 
Any ideas??
