Once you extract that file, you have to copy it to the directory where the SONARPDR.exe and TTSRES90.dll are.  That is the directory where you installed SONAR to. :)

You have to unzip the file with an unzip utility. Windows Vista and Windows 7 has a utility built in that unzips .zip files. If you need a compression utility to unzip .zip files, search for the free 7 Zip (on yahoo or Google), download it and install it. Once installed, right click on the zipped file, browse to 7 Zip and choose extract here. Then, copy the unzipped file to the directory where you installed SONAR, then right click on the file/patch and select "Run as Admin" to apply the Mod.

The knowledge to unzip .zip files is basic windows knowledge. If you don't know how to unzip a file, it is probably best that you don't use the Mod. Mods are best used by user who have an advanced skill in working in the windows environment.

Another place you can go to for help is the thread started here by panup, the users who made the mod you're trying to use. The thread is here: http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2225095

You should not move TTSRES90.dll away from the program folder! You may make a copy but keep it there.
Patcher need to find the TTSRES90.dll file or it will fail.

See sonarmods.com / FAQ section or any mod download page for full instructions.

i agree with tom here..you better know what your doing or youll have a blank screen...youll then have to reinstall sonar..jusy remember to make a copy of that tsrre90.dll in case all else fails.if you do it right you wont even need that back up ever to get it back to normal.
this is easy to do if you just follow direction by panu.
may i suggest the chuckechannel-panu does great work and this lates one turns the prochannel to the sonar producer x1 box color.(acua-teal)
