S-Gear! Thanks for listening Lynn. These two songs I posted in the last couple of days are my attempts to fix things that have been pointed out in this forum. In the past I would have said "good enough" and move on, but I feel they are indeed much better...I may be getting a little better myself! I hope everyone realizes what a great resource we have here.

Love it! Nice playin'. Great beat, good mix. I wouldn't mind if it kept going for a while.

Nice guitar tone, nice playing. Overall good mix. If this was mine I'd start the track with just a perc loop and then bring the drums in afterwards to allow the track to build a bit. Once it's built nicely, I'd drop the drums out at some stage and leave the percs (maybe even change the guitar tone to completely clean) to change the dynamics. You could then build nicely to the end again and in so doing maybe extend the track a bit. Just my two cents. The track has great potential and could be made into something really big. Well done, Clint!

Clint, Sounds awesome form start to finish. Sounds like you tweaked the drums and bass from the last version? Love it.

Wow! I was really impressed by the overall mix. Great work! I agree with the advice on length, I would of liked to hear more. I was a bit mesmerized by the beautiful bass sound accomplished. I may have to go back and focus on them swaying guitar licks.

Superlative tone and mix. I have a Pandora channel called Smoove Groove which would be perfect for this. PM me, if you're inclined, on my thoughts as to how to best structure your stuff to get played on same:-)

No. it was a Fender Stratocaster (American 50th anniversary) and a cheap LTD bass. S-gear for guitar and Amplitube Ampeg for bass. Drums and keys are from Toontrack I'm afraid. Thanks for listening!
