This definitely does have a "Live in a small club" sound to it and that's a big plus in my book as it gives it a great atmospheric vibe. I've run out of superlatives to describe your amazing talents Frank, and this one displays all of them in spades. Excellent all round.

Great song Frank! Did you also play the harmonica here? Has a distinct club feel for sure. Great mix.

Rimshot I like the feel. I really like the vibe. Bass sounds good and maybe a bit pronounced in the upper mids. Highs seem good here. Kick is down. I really like the vibe. Good job. BTW, I really love "Any Way". Nice all around. Rimshot Thanks Rimshot... glad you liked this one... Thanks for listening... I was in Nashville recently, and told by a bigtime producer that the song "AnyWay" may have some commercial appeal, but not the artist... grin;) I don't think he knows who he's dealin' with...

drumstixkev I just love walking bass lines. Is that a resonator I hear. SWEET! Cool effect you used on your vocals really fits the vibe of this piece. KUDOS! Kev P.S. I think "ANY WAY" is the BOMB! Yes... I try to walk(not run) as much as possible... that's my ol' National Reso-Rocket... Thanks Kev

The verb on the vox is what give this the small smokey club sound and feel.... great Job as is customary Frank. I love the hook/title... man that just fits like a silk glove.

Not familiar with the original. But this was very cool indeed. Everything blends so well together, and damn Frank your vocals are top notch. Fantastic work. Mark.

That be the blues! Nice playing Frank. This has a very "live" feel to it. It has that club feel, especially with the vocals. What ever reverb or fx you have used gives it an "on stage" feel.

Starise... yes, that was me on everything except the drums... Thanks for listening... glad you liked... Herb... Much appreciated... it is a cool tune... I've been playing it for years... Freddy, Thanks buddy... Timbo... I would love to duet with Bonnie... Mark, thanks a lot... I think Bonnie Raitt did this originally, but I'm not sure if she wrote it... I changed some of the words 'cause I'm a bluesman, not a bluesmamma...

Hi Frank, The perfect choice of a cover tune perfectly done. The vocal, slide and harp are all outstanding, as always. I really like those reso licks, too. Extra points for the live feel and overall coolness

What ever reverb or fx you have used gives it an "on stage" feel. Thanks Mike... I used just a hint of very short delay (almost a doubling effect) on the vox, slide & lead guitar... Thanks for listening... Thanks to everyone that tool the time to listen and comment... Much appreciated...
