"watery" sort of sound during playback

I just switched to a new computer, transferred Sonar to the new system and everything works except all the audio has this odd "watery" sound to it...argh!! I am using a two channel "Alpha" for my mic inputs and playback. I figure this is some type of driver issue but I havent been able to figure it out yet. Any thoughts?? jp

    is that the Lexicon Alpha?

what driver mode are you using?

    what sampling rate?
