record a looped track?

Is there a way to do this in Sonar? Loop is on track 1. Can I somehow record the looped audio as it plays for say 100 bars?-

If you have a loop, you can use ctrl+L then just drag it out to 100 bars.

If you want to record yourself playing over a loop 100 times, use shift+L and it will keep recording again and again over the same range.

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.
