recording B4 audio Please help!

I have the Native B4. How do I record the audio track. It gets the MIDI no problem but I can't record an audio track of it playing.

Look in manual for "Converting midi to audio".

You do not record it in realtime, but either do a freeze of the track or what is called bounce.

But remember that you can use audio effects in fx bin of the B4 track(not the midi track) without converting it first.

Lars, thank you for replying. I did want to do it in real time so I could mess with the vibrato, draw bars, lesley, etc, as the track was actually going down. I guess theres no way. I did the bounce and programmed in some lesley switches and it worked allright but I guess I have to get all the controller numbers for draw bars and vibrato, growel etc, and enter them in the MIDI track.. Native probably has them in the manual somewhere.

If you have the midi monitor on you can do anything in realtime too, like putting leslie on/off.

I often have done a separate recording to another clip in midi track, just doing mod wheel stuff for changing leslie etc.

If you want to record motion of draw bars etc the recording of automation stuff is there.
