recording stopping and starting

So I have finally stated recording with GTs.I am recording metal guitar and I have noticed that every 45 seconds or so on play back it stops recording.So I will hear what I played fine then there will be a gap. It occurs every 45 seconds and messes up the timing/flow of the recording.Any tips?
