remove number of channels from device name listed in "Sync and Caching"

It would be good to remove the number of channels from the device name listed in "Sync and Caching" as modern interfaces allow to change the number of channels ... which causes a potential hard-to-track-down pitfall:
 
you may define e.g. 82 samples offset for your interface, but then change interface settings (i.e. number of channels exposed to Sonar) ... now your device name in "Sync and Caching" will be different and applied offset will no longer be defined ... all your recordings will be off timing
