returning stuff to the shop due to "snagging"

snagging is a term for builders.. don't know if it's used outside the UK.. for work that they do , that isn't 100% correct.. minor things that are noticeable..

so I've got a new keyboard (none cakewalk brand) .. and I will return it to get another one.. why ?

because the keys aren't level!!!  works perfectly fine though, but it's not a cheap keyboard and it's a niggle that I know it's not correct.

anyway, thought you might have had similar experiences with things you have.. that work.. just aren't "as described" I guess

    here, we call it a "punch list" ...stuff that the contractors need to go back and complete or fix that wasn't done correctly.

    Keys that are not level would seem a reasonable thing to return a keyboard for. Like a fret to low or high on a guitar.
