rgc:audio sfx+ help

I'm having trouble with this soundfont player.
Specifically, it is locking up and taking the production software with it.
I'm using a quad-core cpu, 8M RAM, Win7 (64-bit) with Cubase 6 (64-bit)
Has anyone run into trouble with this, or maybe offer some advice?
