room acoustics help?

As favor to a local university, I agreed to try to find someone to improve the vocal clarity and remove acoustical reflections in a very large presentation room. After reading some forum threads, It seem like there are some knowledgeable people here. Any chance that someone knows a person or company in the Fort Lauderdale area that can help us improve the room acoustics?

I'm as far from Fort Lauderdale as you can get and still be in the continental U.S., but if there's anything specific that I can help with via forum, PM or email, let me know.
