Try this. go to track view and in the effects window right click. Select the appropriate effect and it should open the effect properties window allowing you to make changes to the VST.

From in GT4 Audio settings I can select ASIO send 1 or send 3 but not both.
Input gives me the option of Left, Right, or Stereo on the Send that I have selected in the audio settings.
