I just did it and it's working fine here. Are there any tempo changes in the clips you're copying? If there are no tempo changes then it won't give you the option to copy them (which makes sense). But if you do have tempo changes then the "COPY" dialog should show give you the option to copy tempo changes as well as the option to paste them in the "PASTE" dialog. HTH.

In the "Paste" dialog, the "Slide Over Old to Make Room" button seems to slide everything over except tempos. I reproduced this in a "hello world" project containing a single empty MIDI track with nothing but a tempo change. All events slide over, but the tempo does not budge after the paste. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
