I've tried four times, I don't think I have any doubts about the card being seated correctly, but when I power on the 700R nothing happens. I'm expecting to see something on my computer screen to the effect that the card is being installed or initialized.

I probably have a bad card (or bad 700R), but thought I'd ask here first.

Thanks.

Hi madfloyd,

The physical installation of the ARX Expansion Board is pretty straightforward. Upon booting up the VS-700R, however, you will not receive any prompts or splash screens indicating that anything has changed.

It sounds as if you do not have the ARX Editor installed on your system. This editor installs with the VS-700 1.1.1 update or with the SONAR 8.5 Installation (by choosing "Advanced Installation").

If you haven't already done so, try installing the VS-700 1.1.1 update. Make sure to choose to install the ARX Editor in the installer.
