Thanks for the help exporting , you know I tried those instructions you gave me on exporting my tracks or the whole song .
I didn't give it a name and the Lookin threw me off , the lookin in in SHS7XL is where you want your WAV audio track to end up in your computer .

It did work this time , maybe now I can keep working on this new song I started two days ago.
Last night I gave up and started creating it using my Project 5 , maybe I will take what I have in Project 5 and move it over to Sonar Home Studio 7XL or start over using SHS7XL .
