Low-Profile Midi Sound Card (ndaphid)

Just bough a new Dell computer. The midi sound card I was using with Pro Audio in my old computer does not fit my new "low-profile" dell. Does anyone know of a low profile midi sound card that is available? If not, could I use a usb midi cable with Pro Audio? Is there any way to allow for midi playback?
