Cant find Dim Pro after installing Sonor Pro 8.5

How do you register it as a dxi? And i'm not using custom layouts.
Sonor is the first thing I'm trying to load on my new computer.

Its the DXi version that works in SONAR x64 not the VST version.

Rescanning has nothing to do with it as it only rescans VST's not DXi's. DXi's require an installation process that includes registering the dll file. This requires more than just placing it in a particular path.
Dim Pro loaded as a VST. I can see the .dll file in the VST folder so do I move the .dll ?

Are you using custom soft synth menu layouts....

if you are you have got to manage layouts and then add to your custom....then save

IIRC, the way I got Dim Pro 64 working was to use the Cakewlk plugin manager, create a new layout and add Dim Pro 64 to it...Save the layout...Seems a bit odd to have to do that since I installed the complete set of PE 8.5 DVD's and did the update to 8.5.2 but that was what I had to do to get it working on my Vista 64-bit system...

I see Dem Pro in the 64bit programs cakewalk/vst folder but I dont see it anywhere inside Sonor. Did a basic install, I just chose 64bit and the default paths. I dont remember if it gave me the option of choosing DXI or VST but if it did I would have choosen VST. (I hear that DXI isnt supported in a 64bit platform). Also the VST folder inside Sonor shows the right path.

Any help would be great.
