What is the easiest way to drop a song from Itunes or my CD into Sonar (I have both the VS &amp; Ver 7 XL software). I only bought the VS 100 to practice songs (I would like to loop sections to learn the parts). I would be good if I could record my guitar part on a adjacent track to check if I got the part down correctly? Do I have to have to worry about timing issues or using the tempo meter?<br>
