However, if I try to log on using my email address, I'm told to check my email address, and if I try to create a new account using the same email address, then I'm told it's a duplicate customer ID!&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; I have emailed Cakewalk and tried to call from the UK but am on hold for a long time and cannot get through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Can anyone at Cakewalk help me please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Bill&lt;br&gt;</description><link>http://forum.cakewalk.com/rss-m2152443.ashxFindPost/2152443</link><pubDate>Thu, 09 Dec 2010 13:15:05 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
