﻿<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>Session Drummer 3:  Instrument Previewing and Instrument Names</title><link>http://forum.cakewalk.com/</link><description /><copyright>(c) Cakewalk Forums</copyright><ttl>30</ttl><item><title>Session Drummer 3:  Instrument Previewing and Instrument Names (haskins02)</title><description>  &lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="calibri"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      &lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="calibri"&gt;INSTRUMENT PREVIEWING:&amp;nbsp; Is there a convenient way to preview a drum instrument that you want to add to a kit without having to load it into the kit first and only then listen to how it sounds?&amp;nbsp; I tried using the media browser to do this (I navigated to the SD3 kits folder) but I could not get instruments sounds to play when I clicked on the various .flac files.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;      &lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;      &lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="calibri"&gt;INSTRUMENT NAMES:&amp;nbsp; Where is the file name for each instrument in a drum kit?&amp;nbsp; When I insert a new instrument (say, replacing a snare in a kit), since I can’t see the file name of the existing or the new snare I added, it’s a real pain keeping track of drum kit customizations.&amp;nbsp; There must be way to see the file name of each instrument in a drum kit.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;      &lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;      &lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="calibri"&gt;Thanks.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;      &lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;      &lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;font face="calibri"&gt;Greg&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://forum.cakewalk.com/fb.ashx?m=2495497</link><pubDate>Sat, 18 Feb 2012 16:55:27 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
