I ended up sending it to a bus and could play the track through the bus. I did notice that the mute was off BUT in the bottom right corner of the button there was a small yellow square obviously indicating something that I am unaware of. What the heck was it??? I eventually ended up copying and pasting to a new track - workaround but not a resolution. . . Any thoughts?
