Select the smart tool. Then hold down CTRL + Shift while dragging an edge of a clip to slip stretch.

There was a time when Red Blue and Yellow Bars would appear at the beginning and the end of Clips. These could be used for editing the clip section. The Yellow was accessed by depressing the CTRL key thus changing the blue bar to yellow. I think it is gone (as is also the redo and blue) in the version I downloaded from CbB. In particular it was used to shorten or lengthen the tone of the clip section by simply dragging it one way or the other! Since that feature seems to be gone; how is one to accomplish the same function?
